Payment Options

The court accepts payment for fines and costs by:

  • CASH - please do not send cash by mail.
  • CHECK - payable to the 89th District Court.
  • MONEY ORDER - payable to the 89th District Court.
  • VISA/MASTERCARD - (Cheboygan County Only). 

 

INTERNET OPTION to make credit card payment is NOT available at this time.  

 

YOU MAY CALL THE COURT DIRECTLY TO MAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.

The court will accept payments :

  • In person during regular court hours. (Cheboygan 8:30am - 4:00pm/Presque Isle 8:00am - 4:00pm)
  • After 4:00pm, Cheboygan County has a drop box outside the traffic division office.  Envelopes provided.
