District Court Chief Judge - Maria I. Barton

 

District Court Judge/Family Court Judge - Donald McLennan

 

District judges are elected for six-year terms on non-partisan ballots. 

 

Judge Barton was elected in November 2008 to serve as Chief District Court Judge in Cheboygan and Presque Isle Counties.

 

Judge McLennan was elected in 2007 as Probate Court/District Court Judge.
